Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2014 in connection with Ara-Nawada P.S.Case No.553 of 2014 arising out of Sessions Trial No.44 of 2015 pending in the Court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant's daughter, namely, Urmila Devi by the accused persons due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and he is husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, the same is rejected. Anyhow, the trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
