The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested from the house of Saroj Ray along with other accused persons and from the possession of petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 01.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail fore more than seven and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runni Saidpur P.S.
