Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor any stolen articles are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and except the confessional statement of co-accused and some criminal antecedents, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 35 of 2015.
