2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 dated 11.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 309 of the B.N.S.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that two miscreants tried to snatch from him and on protest, one of the miscreants fired on him which got miss fired and subsequently, an alarm was raised and one of the miscreants was caught by the the villagers but the other miscreants managed to flee away. It is further alleged that the apprehended person disclosed his name as Sanjib Kumar @
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37224 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/3 Sixer (petitioner) and he also disclosed the name of the other miscreant who fled away from the spot as Shivam Kumar @ Durlabh Yadav.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 27.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33108/2025. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37224 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 3/3 satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025.
