The petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 448, 341, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his phua Kalwa Devi with Dab.

From the injury report vide Annexure- 2 and Annexure-2/1 of the bail petition, it would appear that Sanjay Mahto, the informant and his Phua got one abrasion each and the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25536 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 16/2015.
