The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the three named accused persons are stated to have called the husband of the informant to the house of the petitioner and thereafter over some dispute relating to transaction of money, it is stated that the three accused persons assaulted him. The husband of the informant was taken for treatment where he died in course of treatment. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner who is a lady has been falsely implicated in the case. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for more than one year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case no. 44 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
