Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional P.P. for the State.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court taking note of the fact that a mini gun factory was unearthed from his hut but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that altogether seven persons including the petitioner were caught on the spot, out of whom five co-accused persons, having more or less similar allegation, have been granted privilege of bail by this Court but the petitioner is in jail since 27.5.2015, i.e., more

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, Md. Mohsin, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lodipur P.S.Case No. 55 of 2015, G.R.No. 1914 of 2015, to the satisfaction of Sri R.R.Ram, Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
