The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.56 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 447,341,323,307,379,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault to the informant by the accused persons along with petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is delay in lodging of the FIR, which shows malice intention to the

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that general and omnibus allegation has been alleged against the petitioners with respect to assault to the informant and the injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.56 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
