The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was registered against unknown for the dacoity in a running train. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Lalchand Das and Chhedi Das @ Raj Kumar Das. Except the confessional statement of co-accused no other tangible material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
