The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 366, 370 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the delay of more than three months in institution of the first information report, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 33059 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
