Petitioner is not named in the first information report and except suspicion as well as his confessional statement, there is nothing against him. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation of this case has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani.
