No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case except his confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, the petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2016 but up till now there is no test identification parade.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. case No.274 of 2015.
