The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26(2)35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended on the allegation that they were assembled unlawfully. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner was arrested on 09.02.2015, but he was produced in court on 11.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months for the recovery of one loaded country made pistol and a Nokia mobile.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
