2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83982 of 2024 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of custody period of six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024. His bail petition was rejected mainly because the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of similar nature that too of 19 cases. It has also been

4. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IVth Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.
