The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that her husband had proceeded with his friend Ganauri Sahni. On next date she received information on mobile phone about her husband having been killed by unknown accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was registered against unknown. From the material that has transpired in course of investigation, although not admitting the same it is stated that Balkrishna Thakur is said to

While the petitioner is said to have fired on Ganauri Sahni, Ganauri Sahni was not injured. The petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 6 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case no. 143 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga.
