Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act, section 17 CLA Act, section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act as well as section 10 of the UAP Act. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co- accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Goh P.S. Case no. 140/2013.
