JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52007 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant, however, the said firing hit the nephew of the informant on his nose, causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody since 02.06.2018 and all other accused persons have been granted the privilege of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that charge has already been framed in this case Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to

No.33337 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on bail rather the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and since the informant is appearing, he is directed to get the witnesses examined in the trial however, if the trial is not concluded within the period of six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
