JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 03-06-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Vigilance.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 7, 12, 13, 14 of Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 65, 66 (ii) & 72 of Information Technology Act.

Considering the fact that in pursuance of the notice of the Superintendent of Excise, Munger vide Memo No.615 dated 22.07.2014 to deposit Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner deposited Rs.50,000/-+Rs.6,000/-as as interest and in similar facts and circumstances, the co-accused Abhimanyu Singh and two others have been granted bail vide Annexure-2, let the above-named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25109 of 2015 (2) dt.03-06-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No.37/2014 arising out of Kotwali (Munger) P.S. Case No.74 of 2014 with the following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
