Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused, Bhawesh Yadav, who opened fire causing death of deceased of this case. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he gave order to the above stated co-accused, Bhawesh Yadav.
