The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner at the instigation of Jagdish Sah fired which hit on the neck of the informant Rajendra Sah. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner has already remained in jail for five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bairiya P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014.
