The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with prosecution report of Excise Sub-Inspector Circle Mahua under District-Vaishali C2A No. 21/2019, registered for the offense punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries have been made from the toilet, behind the house, and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing
