Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.1.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and five live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S.
