JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two ATM cards and one mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and two others were found standing outside the A.T.M machine. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.02.2016 without having any criminal antecedent and it appears that except the above stated material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 26 of 2016.
