JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-01-2020 The present appeal is directed against the order dated 12.09.2018 passed by Hon'ble Single Judge in CWJC no. 18365 of 2018 (Vijay Kr. Yadav v. The State of Bihar and ors.). After the matter was heard for sometime, finding the Court not to be in agreement with the submissions made in support of the appeal, for there being neither any illegality nor

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1562 of 2018(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 any perversity in the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed apprehension of the delay in completion of the formalities, if the petitioner were to apply afresh, seeking affiliation, in terms of the liberty granted by the learned Single Judge.

We see no reason why there would be any delay in undertaking such process.

In any event learned counsel for the State, states that though the petitioner's apprehension is ill-founded, yet the authorities shall take decision on any application filed by the appellant, promptly/ with reasonable dispatch, and preferably within a period of six months, subject to the petitioner cooperating and completing the formalities, in all respect. Statement accepted and taken on record.
