JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 The Trial Court i.e. VIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gaya vide its letter No.77 dated 15th April, 2017 has submitted that further nine months time be granted to conclude the trial.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the reasons mentioned in the said letter of the Trial Court, further nine months time is granted to conclude the trial. The District Magistrate, Gaya and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya are also directed to take necessary steps to produce the prosecution witnesses on the date fixed in the Trial Court so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
