The petitioner is accused in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of snatching of the mobile and identity card of the informant by three unknown miscreants. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the petitioner was apprehended by the Police showing the recovery of the mobile set from the possession of the petitioner, but neither petitioner nor mobile set was put on T.I.P. Further submission is that while the petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2015.

No.19307 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
