The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 and the respondent no. 4 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 4 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.23262 of 2018(4) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter considering the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 10.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11239 of 2017 (Nazish Raza Ghari vs. the State of Bihar & ors) & other analogous cases.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
