Petitioner seeks bail in Rajapakar P.S. Case No.200 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the house of the petitioner there was recovery of different articles which are said to have been stolen or looted. The petitioner has got three criminal antecedents and on that ground, his prayer for bail was earlier rejected by order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.3654 of 2020 by a coordinate Bench of this Court with an observation that once the charge is framed, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Taking into consideration the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for one year and five months, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII -cum-Sub Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No.200 of 2019.
