Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.321 of 2018 dated 3.12.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 379, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of assault by Farsa causing injury to the informant and also allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 of assault by lathi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure.2.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S.case No.321 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
