The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the victim Priyanka Kumari. Priyanka Kumari made her statement and disclosed that she called the petitioner and went along with him but the police apprehended her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
