JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 A letter sent by Padma Kumari Choubey, Learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur has been received. The said officer has reported vide letter No. 127/16 dated 23-09-2016 that Sessions Trial No. 297 of 2011 has already been posted for judgment.

It appears from perusal of the aforesaid letter that the aforesaid Sessions Trial No. 297 of 2011 has already been disposed off.

However, from perusal of the order dated 07-09-2016, I find that this court had called for an explanation from Sri Rajeev Ranjan, the then Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur but the aforesaid officer has not given his explanation to this court. Moreover, when the Sessions Trial No. 297 of 2011 has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19679 of 2016 (4) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 already been posted for judgment, I do not think it proper to proceed in this matter further.

Accordingly, this matter stands dropped.
