JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail in connection with Anti P. S. Case No. 45 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya which was earlier rejected by order dated 12.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25755 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2015.

In near future, the trial is not likely to be concluded and as such he deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP seriously opposes.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, let the trial be expedited and concluded
