This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
