2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no. 486 of 2021, lodged on 10.11.2021 under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2023 having no criminal antecedent. On recovery, the victim girl got her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has not stated anything against the petitioner but has stated that she
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39272 of 2024(2) dt.29-05-2024 2/2 entered into marriage with the petitioner. The statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is attached at Page-15 of the bail petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
