2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have entered the house of the informant and have misbehaved with the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the parties have settled their disputes and the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned DASJ-6th-cum-Speclial Judge (POCSO), Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S.
