23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rupouli P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim itself alleged that she was in love with the petitioner for last one year. Once she fled away with the petitioner but the police apprehended the petitioner and the victim and let them out. She alleged that the petitioner established physical relation with the victim on the pretext of marriage. On the face it appears that the victim was a consenting party and she is a major girl.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rupouli P.S.
