The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased stated that his sister was married to Anirudh Kewat but her husband and other family members subjected her to physical and mental torture and she was killed and thereafter all the accused persons were cremating the dead body of deceased but the police came and recovered the half burnt dead body.

It is submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner and Murari Kewat, another brother-in-law of deceased has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28341 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13787/2015 and the case of petitioner stands on same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sessions Trial No. 112/15 arising out of Deepnagar P.S.
