BAJANTHRI) 28-06-2023 The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 16.01.2020 passed in CWJC No. 872 of 2020 read with the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2020.

2. The concerned respondent has redressed the grievance of the petitioner on 17.08.2021 to the effect that certain drain has been cleared. To that effect there is no order so as to meet the present MJC and so also satisfy the petitioner. On

Patna High Court MJC No.1527 of 2021(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 the other hand, show cause has been filed in which they have stated that there is compliance and it has been made known to the petitioner on 12.04.2023. In fact, the concerned respondent was required to pass order insofar as compliance of the orders of this Court read with petitioner's representation and communicate the same to the petitioner.

3. Since sufficient compliance has been made by the concerned respondent, therefore, the present MJC stands dropped.
