JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Sasaram, District-Rohtas i.e. the respondent no. 4 to remove the encroachment made over public land appertaining to R.S. Khata No. 58, R.S. Plot No. 209, situated at Mauza-Dhanari, P.O. Samardiha, P.S. Sasaram (M), District-Rohtas.
At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 4 for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land
Patna High Court CWJC No.13985 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 Encroachment Act, 1956 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the respondent no. 4 and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
