ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner but from the other co-accused persons.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33492 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII Cum Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
