JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will remove all defects, as pointed out by the office, as and when normal Court would start functioning.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20280 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20280 of 2020 but, due to typographical error in place of "Barachatti P.S. case No. 10 of 2000" it has been typed as "Barachatti P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020".

No.27749 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, the order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20280 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the words "Barachatti P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020" will be read as "Barachatti P.S. Case No. 10 of 2000" in everywhere of the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, this Modification Application is disposed of.
