JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-05-2016 Seen the report submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner wherefrom it is evident that withdrawal of matrimonial suit no. 289/2013 has been allowed. Consequent thereupon, the instant petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.

However, the conduct of the learned P.O. is deprecated and the annoyance of the court should be communicated to the learned P.O. with a warning that future recurrence will be viewed seriously. They are not outside the ambit of contempt of Court Act apart from having within administrative control and so, any action of disobedience could be taken up by either administratively or judiciously.
