Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation the name of petitioner was surfaced in confessional statement of the co-accused and the looted mobile was recovered from conscious possession of brother of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S.Case No. 26 of 2011.
