2. In terms of the earlier order, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the University bringing on record the calculation chart of payments made to the petitioners.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No. 1840 of 2012, has been complied with.
4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
5. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to file a detail representation before the Registrar of the University, if there is any discrepancy with regard to the calculation made of their dues. If the same is done, the Registrar shall get the matter verified from the records and pass a reasoned order. If any further payment is required to be made, the same shall also be paid without any delay.
