Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged articles recovered does not come under the purview of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
