The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 323, 448, 452, 379, 427, 384, 385, 386, 504, 506, 509 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is that they forcibly took the toddy tree of the informant and not given the money .It is also alleged that the accused persons assaulted him by means of butt of the pistol and took Rs. 500/-. Geeta Devi and Sulekha devi, Alpna Devi assaulted the wife of the informant.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2015. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25990 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further it has been submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody from 11.3.2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail, after completion of six months in custody from 11.3.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in SC/ST P.S.Case No. 59/2014.
