24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017. Earlier, vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43224 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last date i.e. on 10.02.2021, a report was called for from the Trial Court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is fixed for evidence of prosecution and trial is likely to be concluded within eight weeks from the date of report.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected.
