The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (Sunita Devi) has alleged that her daughter aged 14 years, a student of Class VIII went for purchasing vegetable from village hat from where Kiran Kumari was abducted by the accused persons, namely, Hare Ram Sadai, Rshik Lal Sadai, Phulkoriya Devi and Veena Devi for the purpose of marriage. She has further alleged that when she went to the house of Hare Ram Sadai then the mother and father of Hare Ram Sadai threatened and abused her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26026 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the victim in her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she is in love with the petitioner and she performed marriage with him. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Madhepura R.S.
