This court notices that in the order dated 31.07.2018 merely the judgment passed by the Supreme Court has been quoted and the respondents have been directed to implement the said judgment. The Judgment of Supreme Court passed in Krishna Kumar Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2017) 3 SCC 1 has not been reviewed by the Apex Court and

Patna High Court C. REV. No.91 of 2020(5) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 holds the field.

In view thereof, no case for review is made out. The review application is dismissed.
