1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with retrospective effect or at least w.e.f. the date the services of the person namely Sri Niranjan Kumar Yadav appointed along with the petitioner, has been regularized.

C. P./M. A. C. P. etc., after regularizing the services of the petitioner with retrospective effect or at least with effect from the date the services of the person namely Sri Niranjan Kumar Yadav, appointed alongwith the petitioner has been regularized."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
